EAST PALO ALTO KIDS FOUNDATION (EPAK) is a community-based, all-volunteer organization that promotes educational opportunities and academic success for students in East Palo Alto and eastern Menlo Park by providing micro grants directly to teachers so they can create a quality learning environment for their students and lessen the disparities that exist with neighboring school districts.
