CHILD ADVOCATES OF SILICON VALLEY recruits, trains and supports Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) to serve as friends, mentors and advocates to foster children. CASAs provide critical emotional and educational support and advocate for each child’s best interests in dependency court hearings.
